Integration architecture
Haplo applications are integrated into the institution’s system and information architecture. They provide a large degree of flexibility in how they can be configured to work effectively within the wider infrastructure.
The Haplo team will provide advice during requirements gathering about the best approach for your institution’s individual circumstances.
1) System of record
For each field within the overall records about people and projects, a system of record must be chosen, so that each piece of information is maintained within a single system. This can be e.g. Student Information System, HR system, Graduate Education Manager or other.
2) Integrations
Once the system of record has been determined, data integrations must be designed to ensure data flows accurately between systems.
